Sportzino Terms & Conditions — Applicable to All Members

1 Introduction & Definitions

These rules and terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between Sportzino ("Platform", "we", "us") and registered members of the platform ("you", "user", "player").

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification

• If a user is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed and any deposited funds will be returned.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Before withdrawing a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 10x–30x).
• Each person may benefit from a promotion only once.
• Bonuses typically expire within 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period ends.
• Sportzino reserves the right to cancel bonuses if bonus abuse is suspected.

Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus for new members applies to the first deposit only. To claim it, you must make your first deposit within the specified time after registration. The bonus is available once per account.

6 Game Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are audited by a third party.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, Sportzino reserves the right to void the relevant bet.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake is refunded.
• The dealer's decision in live games is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on sportzino and will result in permanent account closure:

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Sportzino may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• KYC verification not completed.
• Suspicious transactions or suspected fraud.
• Death or legal incapacity of the account holder.
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

Account Closure Process

To close your account yourself, contact support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closure. Once self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be reopened until the specified period has ended.

9 Responsible Gaming
